that people who consider themselves to be spiritual make it their

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE means to love the other person's spiritual essences - their soul, not necessarily the body and mindset they use to travel through this incarnation - for 'in essence' we are all one and the same. It also means to love ourselves unconditionally and to remember that we are fragments of the Divine Spirit that are here to learn and to grow, not to be perfect. HUMILITY requires us to control the ego, to keep an open heart and mind for everyone, and to remember that no one is better than another ... just different. In Spirit we are all the same! At this point in time, we are simply learning different lessons and going through different experiences. FAITH is maintaining the awareness of a Higher Power beyond our current comprehension and believing that this power loves, guides and supports us unconditionally. Our progress, growth and evolution are closest to its heart. TRUST is believing in ourselves and the pureness and potential of our soul and our inner power; it is knowing that we can do and achieve anything we set our mind on, and that we are loved, guided and supported along the way. COMPASSION is opening our hearts to others, lending a helping hand and treating our fellow humans as we wish to be treated. FORGIVENESS is an act of self-love, because it frees us of feelings of hurt and anger; it allows us to practice compassion, understanding and unconditional love. ACCEPTANCE is accepting people for who they are and the things we cannot change; it is knowing when to quit and stop the fight. Being NON-JUDGMENTAL of self and others means to practice tolerance and acceptance, because no one will ever know why another person thinks the way they do, why they do what they do and why they feel the way they feel, for more often than not they do not even know it themselves. UNDERSTANDING for self & for others requires looking at any situation from all angles and not only from a personal point of view. It means not jumping to conclusions and not making assumptions, but taking all facts into consideration and being a good and non-judgmental listener. PATIENCE is a tall order for most people, yet it is patience that creates good results and miracles in life. Things happen at a time that is most favorable for the best possible outcome. Patience means having faith in universal timing. TOLERANCE towards everyone and everything earns us appreciation and respect; because where there is tolerance there is no room for self-righteousness and judgment. RESPONSIBILITY means 'response-ability' and draws attention to our ability to respond which equals taking full responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, words and actions and the manner in which we respond to others RESPECT for self & others demonstrates honesty and integrity. INTEGRITY is conduct beyond reproach. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is every human beings responsibility and duty. We live in a very negative world and each and every person contributes to the vibrational frequency of the immediate environment, the world and the universe.
About SPIRIT GUIDES/Guarding Angels Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels are

And it is with love and pride that I see you grow and blossom into a beautiful flower. First there was the seed. It germinated and developed into a tiny plant, which then began to grow. The plant developed into a tiny flower and the flower grew a bud that eventually blossomed. Soon, the initially tiny seed will have become a beautiful flower everyone will stop to look at it, enjoy its beauty and be in awe over the amazing developmental process that has taken place. The procedure I have just described explains how I feel when I see you grow, from the seed to the plant, to the bud and ultimately into the beautiful flower you have become. I see not only the development during recent years but also your whole life, and I respect how hard you have worked on yourself. The feelings of happiness that flow through Me when I look at you I share with the other Beings of Light in this Realm who also watch with gratitude how you all work on your progress in your human ways. We all encourage you, but my affection and encouragement are of a more personal nature because you are mine and I am yours, and this creates a much more intimate bond. My support, my love and my care are always, always with you. My encouragement when you are sad and my assistance with your work and development are constantly available to you and forever are my arms of protection around you. Your feelings, your willingness and preparedness make our work so much easier, and our association so much more fruitful and rewarding.
