Fees for Online Consultations

We charge a flat fee of $95 for a 60-minute session.
 
Session Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change a booked session, contact us by email - info@annamorten.com - at least 24 hours prior to your session.

There is a $15 cancellation fee for sessions cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the agreed appointment.


Payment Conditions

Prepayment using PayPal (annamorten@gmail.com) is required for all consultations. PayPal notification that payment has been made needs to be received prior to the commencement of your session.

Australian clients have the option to make their payments by direct transfer to
AMpowerment Life Strategies, BSB 034-034, Account No. 137772 and email the payment receipt to info@annamorten.com


Technical Difficulties

If you experience technical difficulties before or during your session, please login again and continue with your session. Any time lost due to technical failures will be made up by your counsellor by extending your session, or at a mutually convenient time if this is not possible.

If for any reason you cannot successfully login again, please contact us by email, as we may be unable to contact you for privacy reasons or due to technical difficulties.


Terms of Agreements

By proceeding to use this online counseling service - by telephone/Skype, email or online chat rooms - you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and fully agreed to abide by each of the following parameters.
 

  • AMpowerment Online Services exists to support people in times of crisis, help resolve conflict, assist with relationship/marriage problems, work place issues, and other troubling life situations commonly addressed during counselling therapy.

  • AMpowerment Online Services is under no circumstance responsible for your progress within the course of the counselling therapy, your personal perception of the advice and recommendations given, or for your personal interpretation of the communication between you and your AMpowerment counsellor. We are here to help but you have to do the work. It is entirely up to you and your sole responsibility how successful the therapy is going to be.

  • AMpowerment Online Services offer a number of support tools (online video courses, books, etc.) but we do not accept any responsibility for the content, usage, or services that you receive. Therefore, in such instances it is up to you to use discretion and caution to ensure that you receive the information and support that you are looking for. 

  • AMpowerment Online Service expects you, who seeks help, to be honest and up-front about your needs, as we are here to help those who are sincere and in need of our assistance.

  • AMpowerment Online Service will address all email sessions, telephone calls and online chats in a timely matter.

  • We do have a duty of care and are bound by laws that require us to report if people are endangering themselves or others; e.g. suicide and/or homicide, children and/or elders being abused. AMpowerment Counsellors will do their very best in attempting to alleviate the situation but is obligated to get help for children and elders who are being abused. This may include reporting pertinent identifying information to appropriate agencies that can intervene on behalf of the one in danger.

  • After accepting the AMpowerment Online Services "Terms of Agreement” you will need to fill out the contact form and enable us to contact you to set an appointment. 

  • AMpowerment Online Services will provide you with information for you to initiate pre-payment, which had to be received at the time of your appointment.
